Administrative Officer

Maria A. Terry is the Administrative Officer for Safe Harbor Retirement Planners. In this capacity, she plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s efficient operation while focusing on strategic initiatives to maximize client value.

Ms. Terry has served in the real estate industry for over 20 years assisting clients with the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. She is a graduate of the Maryland Realtors Leadership Academy, Past President of the Harford County Association of Realtors, and a recipient of both the Realtor of the Year and Community Service Awards.

Prior to her real estate endeavors, Maria worked for Citicorp Financial where she served as the Manager of the New Account Services Department during which time, she received the prestigious Citicorp Service Excellence Award.

Maria is active in the community as she serves on the United Way of Central Maryland Region United Network Advisory Board for Harford County as well as the Economic Development Advisory Boards for Harford County and the City of Havre de Grace. She is a former President of the Route 40 Business Association and remains an active member of the Board. Ms. Terry graduated from the inaugural class of the Harford Leadership Academy and sat on its Board of Directors. She has also served on the Harford Community College Foundation Board, the Board of Elections, the Judicial Nominating Commission, and the Planning Advisory Board for Harford County.

Maria received both Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Loyola University Maryland. She enjoys reading, traveling, skiing and mentoring youth.
